INK #151 Sketch Challenge

Hi everyone.
Welcome to this fortnight's INKspired Blog Hop!

Not far until Christmas now!

Before me on the hop was Julie Martin, please hop back and check out her creation for this week.

This week is based upon the Sketch Challenge below, designed by Teneale Williams:

How about you have a go with this Sketch Challenge?
I would love to see what you come up with!

My card began with a Misty Moonlight card base. My first layer a piece of Whimsy & Wonder DSP.
I have then cut a strip of Misty Moonlight and used the Gingham Embossing Folder from the upcoming Mini Catalogue January to June 2022, this was cut at the bottom to give the shape required from the sketch with my paper snips.
I then die cut a circle from Basic White using the layering circle dies.
My stamped image is from the Whimsical Trees stampset in Misty Moonlight and has some Silver metallic Pearls added. The circle has been stood up on dimensionals.
My sentiment is also from the Whimsical Trees Stampset which I have embossed using Silver Embossing Powder.
My card is finished with a triple bow made from Grey Granite Shimmer Ribbon.

Thank you for stopping by, next up is Teneale Williams

I always look forward to what Teneale has for us

My card began with a Cherry Cobbler card base. My first layer was Pool Party followed by a piece of Sweet Stockings DSP.
The scalloped edge on my Cherry Cobbler strip was die cut using the Scalloped Contour Dies, I have also used another piece of Sweet Stockings DSP on this.
My Sentiment is stamped in Old Olive and comes from the Sweet Little Stockings stamp set. The stars, stamped in Bumblebee are also from this stamp set. My sentiment has been die cut using a smaller die from the Scalloped Contour dies and has been cut down using my snips. I have added some Matte Decorative Dots in Cherry Cobbler. I have used a piece of Linen Thread with a bow.
My dog covered in Christmas lights has been fussy cut from the Sweet Stockings DSP and I have adhered him to some Pool Party Cardstock and then fussy cut again to create a shadowed image. The sentiment strip and dog have been popped up on dimensionals.

INKspired #146 Sketch Challenge

Hi everyone.
Welcome to this fortnight's INKspired Blog Hop!
Life's events had forced me to take a short break but I am glad to be back and cannot wait to see what our talented team have for us this time round.
I hope everyone is safe and well.

Before me on the hop was Teresa Irwin, please hop back and check out her creation for this week.

This week is based upon the Sketch Challenge below, designed by Teneale Williams:

How about you have a go with this Sketch Challenge?
I would love to see what you come up with!

I started my card with a Cinnamon Cider card base. My first layer was Basic White which I embossed using the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing folder that I added some Cinnamon Cider Ink to.
My stamp set of choice for this week is Feels Like Home from our SALE-a-bration catalogue which ends on the 30th September, not long now to get your freebies, just spend $90 and you get this set free!

My image has been stamped with Cinnamon Cider Ink, I have highlighted parts of the bike with a Dark Soft Succulent Stampin Blend. My leaves on the plants and tree have been sporadically coloured using both the Dark and Light Soft Succulent Blends. I have cut the image out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies. This has been adhered to a piece of Soft Succulent Cardstock which I have roughed up the edges using my paper Snips. I have used a length of Soft Succulent Open Weave Ribbon around the bottom of the image another piece has been tied to it by just using a knot, it has been adhered to the back of the card using glue dots. I have mounted the image to the card base using Stampin Dimensionals.

My sentiment comes from the Pansy Patch stamp set which is in our annual catalogue, a personal favourite of mine.
My sentiment Happy Birthday, has been stamped in Cinnamon Cider ink on Soft Succulent Cardstock and has been die cut out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies.
It has been adhered to the card using Stampin Dimensionals and Glue dots.

My finishing touches to the card front were 3 basic pearl Jewels which I coloured using Soft Succulent Blends.

The inside is layered with Soft Succulent Cardstock, followed by Basic White. My sentiment comes from the Pansy Patch stamp set and has been stamped in Cinnamon Cider ink. My flower pot also stamped in Cinnamon Cider is from the Feels Like Home stamp set, this has touches of colour with a Soft Succulent Blend.

INKspired #139 Sketch Challenge

Hi everyone.
Welcome to this fortnight's INKspired Blog Hop!

Before me on the hop was Teresa Irwin, please hop back and check out her creation

This week is based upon the Sketch Challenge below, designed by Teneale Williams:

How about you have a go with this Sketch Challenge?
I would love to see what you come up with!

There is no stamping this week, my card was made using DSP from the Snail Mail Suite which is in the Mini Catalogue that ends shortly on the 30th June.
My card began with a Bermuda Bay card base. My 2 rectangles were cut using my paper trimmer to no specific size from Daffodil Delight and Real Red, 2 pieces of DSP were then cut at half a centimetre smaller and layered with multipurpose liquid glue. My bow is tied with Grey Granite Shimmer Ribbon and attached using glue dots.
My Daffodil Delight piece was attached to the cardbase using dimensionals and the Real Red was attached at an angle with multipurpose liquid glue.
My circles were die cut using the Layering Circles in Bermuda Bay and Basic White. The Basic White circle was embossed using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder.
My image and sentiment are fussy cut from the Snail Mail DSP and the image is attached using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and the sentiment is popped up on dimensionals.

The inside is layered with Daffodil Delight Cardstock to carry on from the front of the card, then Basic White with a strip of Snail Mail DSP and an image fussy cut from the Snail Mail DSP.

INKspired #134 Sketch Challenge

Hi everyone.
Welcome to this fortnight's INKspired Blog Hop!

Before me on the hop was Teresa Irwin, please hop back and check out her creation

This weeks challenge is based upon the Sketch Challenge below, designed by Teneale Williams:

How about you have a go with this Sketch Challenge?
I would love to see what you come up with!

My card is inspired by a wonderful friend that lost her battle this week,
truly an Incredible Woman:

I started my card with a Purple Posy card base. My first layer was some Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper. This was  followed by a strip of Basic White and Seaside Spray cardstock embossed with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder.

A piece of Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon was attached, joining the Seaside Spray and Basic White Cardstock. The Hydrangeas were die cut with the Hydrangea Dies from the Hydrangea Hill Designer Paper Series. I used the Take Your Pick Tool to poke out the Leaves on the Hydrangeas. These were stuck to Seaside Spray and Purple Posy Cardstock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue, these Hydrangeas were also cut using the Hydrangea Dies. The leaves were stamped in Old Olive Ink with the Hydrangea Haven stamp set and cut using the Hydrangea Dies from Old Olive cardstock.
The Hydrangeas were attached with Stampin Dimensionals and the leaves were attached using glue dots.
The sentiment is from Hydrangea Haven and is stamped using Highland Heather and heat embossed with Clear Embossing Powder on a base of Gorgeous Grape cardstock and finished with Gorgeous Grape Pastel Pearls and a Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon bow.

The inside is layered with Gorgeous Grape Cardstock to carry on from the front of the card, then Basic White. The Sentiment has been stamped from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set. I have stamped it with Highland Heather and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. The Hydrangea has been stamped from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set in Highland Heather and the background is stamped off also in Highland Heather. The Leaves are as the front of the card, Stamped in Old Olive Ink on Old Olive Cardstock and cut using the Hydrangea Dies.

Thank you for stopping by, next up is Maree McIntosh,
