INKspired #134 Sketch Challenge

Hi everyone.
Welcome to this fortnight's INKspired Blog Hop!

Before me on the hop was Teresa Irwin, please hop back and check out her creation

This weeks challenge is based upon the Sketch Challenge below, designed by Teneale Williams:

How about you have a go with this Sketch Challenge?
I would love to see what you come up with!

My card is inspired by a wonderful friend that lost her battle this week,
truly an Incredible Woman:

I started my card with a Purple Posy card base. My first layer was some Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper. This was  followed by a strip of Basic White and Seaside Spray cardstock embossed with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder.

A piece of Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon was attached, joining the Seaside Spray and Basic White Cardstock. The Hydrangeas were die cut with the Hydrangea Dies from the Hydrangea Hill Designer Paper Series. I used the Take Your Pick Tool to poke out the Leaves on the Hydrangeas. These were stuck to Seaside Spray and Purple Posy Cardstock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue, these Hydrangeas were also cut using the Hydrangea Dies. The leaves were stamped in Old Olive Ink with the Hydrangea Haven stamp set and cut using the Hydrangea Dies from Old Olive cardstock.
The Hydrangeas were attached with Stampin Dimensionals and the leaves were attached using glue dots.
The sentiment is from Hydrangea Haven and is stamped using Highland Heather and heat embossed with Clear Embossing Powder on a base of Gorgeous Grape cardstock and finished with Gorgeous Grape Pastel Pearls and a Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon bow.

The inside is layered with Gorgeous Grape Cardstock to carry on from the front of the card, then Basic White. The Sentiment has been stamped from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set. I have stamped it with Highland Heather and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. The Hydrangea has been stamped from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set in Highland Heather and the background is stamped off also in Highland Heather. The Leaves are as the front of the card, Stamped in Old Olive Ink on Old Olive Cardstock and cut using the Hydrangea Dies.

Thank you for stopping by, next up is Maree McIntosh,

Have a Wonderful Day, KATRINA xx
