INKspired #133 True Love Showcase

Hi everyone.
Welcome to this fortnight's INKspired Blog Hop!

Before me on the hop was Teresa Irwin, if you did not hop over from her blog, please make sure you check out her contribution, Always so lovely!

This weeks challenge is showcasing the True Love DSP from the Love you Always Suite which appears in the January - June 2021 Mini Catalogue from Stampin' Up!

This would have to be one of my favourite ever DSP from Stampin' Up!
It is very versatile whether you colour it or leave it plain.

Here's My Card:

I started my card with a Basic Black card base. My first layer was True Love DSP Series Paper. This was  followed by a rectangle cut from Rococo Rose Cardstock and a smaller rectangle cut from White cardstock.

The flowers used are fussy cut from the True Love DSP and are coloured with Old Olive light & dark Blender pens for the leaves and a Rococo Rose Marker Pen for the flowers.

The rectangles have been layered onto dimensionals and attached to the card front. The flowers are attached with multipurpose glue and dimensionals.

My sentiment is stamped in Momento Black ink and comes from the Forever and Always Stampset, Always is die cut from the Always dies using Rococo Rose cardstock and has been attached with multipurpose glue. The Forever and Always Suite compliments the Love You Always Suite, also from the same catalogue.

I have finished the card front with some Matte Black Dots from the Love You Always Suite.

The inside of my card is layered with Rococo Rose cardstock, followed by White cardstock, the flower, as the front flowers are, come from the True Love DSP. They are also coloured with a Rococo Rose Marker and Old Olive Blender Pens.

Thank you for stopping by, next up is Maree McIntosh
I love seeing Maree's creations, always so beautiful
